Vacuum brazing is a material bonding process in which diamonds are bonded directly to the blade. This is a three-step process that creates a stronger connection than other connection methods. Vacuum brazed diamond blades are of much higher quality than typical sintered or laser-welded diamond blades. The blade is mostly composed of a mixture of different materials or a diamond matrix bonded to the steel core of the diamond blade. During the vacuum brazing process, parts are coated with diamonds. Instead of ordinary diamond blades worn and almost re-sharpened themselves, vacuum brazed blades use the outer part of the cutting edge.

Note:
1. Make sure the tool is suitable for the processing material
2. Ensure that the tools are intact before installation.
3. Ensure that the rod and flange of the equipment are intact;
4. Install the tool on the matching shaft and tighten the nut with a wrench.
5. Confirm whether coolant is needed and make sure to replenish it
Coolant, if needed. When cutting dry, rest for a few seconds every 1-2 minutes
Suggest;
6. Please choose the right speed according to the diameter of the tool;
Shall not exceed the maximum value;
7. Do not press the tool when machining the workpiece;
8. Do not use saw blade marching line to cut or grind;
9. Check the tool regularly for fatigue cracks and/or damage;
Please replace the tool immediately;
10. Please arrange protective facilities and pay attention to safe operation.
