Diamond Bush Hammer Grinding Tools
The Bush Hammer Tool creates a bush hammer profile on concrete, a very rough and non-slip surface ideal for exterior applications. They are also great for removing tough coatings when preparing floors for epoxy coating.
These powerful concrete texturing tools can be used with machines on the market that use quick-change adapter plates, as well as other grinders. Generally, you should use a bush hammer that does not exceed 700 rpm.
Each Bush Hammer Roller attaches to our standard quick-change trapezoidal pads that slide easily in and out of the tool rack plate, no bolts required. Make sure to always use the safety plate to ensure safe operation of the grinder!

Grit adjustment of the hammered surface of the bushing
The roughness of the bushing hammer surface can be adjusted with our bushing hammer by adjusting the spring elasticity on the bushing hammer, or by using the pressure of the manual grinder. As the hammer roughness increases, the spring elasticity loosens or the pressure decreases. Tightening the spring or increasing the machine pressure reduces the roughness, making the hammer surface of the shaft sleeve look finer.
