Diamond Wire Saw Rubber Rope
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS：
Diamond rope saw is made by a certain number of diamond beads in proportion to a multi-strand steel wire rope. The adjacent string beads are separated by an isolating sleeve that acts as a support and fixation. The steel wire rope has strong tensile resistance and is not easy to break, and the steel wire rope increases the tension value through continuous winding, and the circular diamond beads processed in the same distance position on the outside of the steel wire rope are fixed by rubber, plastic, spring and other materials. The final diamond rope saw consists of three parts: flexible wire rope, diamond beads, connecting materials (springs, rubber, etc.), and the final product is called diamond rope saw.
The flexible wire rope plays the role of connecting and increasing the tension, the ring diamond bead on the wire rope is responsible for the cutting friction role in the work, the spring and rubber play a strengthening role, so that the diamond bead will not loose.
