What Is A Circular Saw

The circular saw uses a unique material and tooth shape, which makes cutting metal faster, has better chip processing capacity and does not transfer heat during the cutting process compared to previous products. In the test, the average time required to cut a 6"x1/4" steel plate with a Metal Devil® circular saw blade was less than 12 seconds, and the average time required to cut a 2"x2-1/4" angle iron was less than 6 seconds. Metal Devil® circular saw blades range in diameter from 5-3/8" to 14" and are suitable for a variety of circular saw machines. Metal Devil® circular saw carbide bits are made of a mixture of tungsten carbide and titanium carbide, which makes the cutting process completely free of sparks and minimizes the heat transmitted to the cut workpiece, thus reducing the waiting time required during the cutting process.

Circular saws can be used with most professional circular saws, and if they are used to include M.K. Metal Devil® circular saw blades from manufacturers, including Morse saw blades, will be able to maximize their effectiveness. Metal Devil® circular saw blades are divided into 5 cutting categories: steel, ultra-thin steel, stainless steel, aluminum and wood. The blades of each category differ in the number of teeth, the tooth profile and the angle of the teeth. The sawteeth of cut steel and ultra-thin steel circular saw blades are zero degree angles, while the circular saw blades used to cut aluminum, stainless steel and wood have positive front teeth.

Circular saws cut faster Steel, iron and stainless steel are cut with virtually no frictional resistance.

No heat transfer during the cutting process During the demonstration of the blade operation, we asked some viewers to touch the edge of the freshly cut metal, and they were surprised, because the edge of the metal is still room temperature, because the unique metallurgical forming method of the carbide bit, so that only minimal heat is transferred to the saw blade matrix.
