What Is A Diamond Blade?

Diamond saw blade, the purpose is synthetic diamond i.e. PCD. Similar to traditional alloy saw blades, diamond has higher hardness and is the same tooth as alloy saw blades. Currently used in broken bridge aluminum, particle board, woodworking and electronic board. Common specifications of broken bridge aluminum 500*4.5*30*120 teeth. The traditional alloy saw blade cutting broken bridge aluminum is generally not durable, Senla Tian Shi 05-06 alloy is slightly better, diamond saw blade can reach 8-12 times the life of traditional alloy.
